Comments:  The top of the first 1 is doubled at the top right.  The first 8 is faintly doubled at the top outside.  There is a spike in the upper loop of the first 8 at 11 o'clock.  There is fine pitting across the entire bust.

 

There are two die polishing lines below the cap fold.

 

The mint mark is set slightly left and tilted slightly right.  The usual over polishing of the left wreath in the third and fourth clusters is present.  Behind the eagle's neck there is an unpolished area with two diagonal lines.

 

We believe the coin to be near proof like.
