Comments:  The overall appearance of this coin leaves a lot to be desired, but it is graded right.  There are few bag marks and what is there is somewhat superficial.  To our eye the reverse is the better side of the coin with even cleaner fields and devices.

 

The little bit of color on the surface was not enough for us to include it in our Toned Coin section of the web site.
