Comments:  Up close this coin has the look and feel of a Mint State 63 coin.  But at any distance the eye appeal starts to fade quickly.  There is a little be of toning to the obverse that presents itself as just discoloration and makes the coin appear dirty rather than colorful.

 

There are minimal bag marks on the cheek and virtually none in the fields of the obverse.  The reverse is just as free of marks, especially on the eagle.
