Comments:  This is a solid Mint State 62 coin and has the right quantity of issues on the obverse for the grade.  The reverse is better, but not enough to bring the grade up.

 

There is some discoloration on the obverse that knocks the eye appeal down a notch because it isn't toning, just crud.

 

The die markers are more evident on the coin than on the images.
