Comments:  This coin could be either over or under graded depending on your perspective.  There is nice reflectivity and when holding the coin there is nice separation between the fields and devices.

 

But the coin has some distracting color and just too many nicks and scrapes to rate any higher.  This is probably about for an MS 62, but no more.
