Comments:  There is a little bit of color on the bottom of the reverse but not enough for us to include it in the toned coin section.  The color is primarily cobalt blue with a little of the colors in a brown/tan range.

 

The O/O right is not difficult to identify and the doubling is clear on this coin.  Overall this is a nice strike with minimal bag damage.
