Comments:  This is a coin we are proud to have, but we don't think it deserved the plus designation.  The overall dull appearance just dies not carry the day for us.  We have no issue with the MS 64 designation, just the boost to the plus grade.

 

On VAM 25 we are only looking for the O/O on the inside right of the mint mark and it is there.
