The left 8 has a short die chip at the top left inside of the upper loop.

 

Reverse Hub C3 Die n

There are polishing lines at the top inside of the wreath bow.

 

 

Other Characteristics

Obverse - There are a couple of vertical polishing lines in the Y of LIBERTY.
